STRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE

Board of Directors

The board of directors will oversee all activities of the organization, will oversee the organization. The organization will also have executive committee, which will run under the board of directors.

Executive Committee

Executive committees shall manage the organization’s activities and properties. The executive committees shall compose of six office bearers as follows. Director/Deputy Director Finance Manager/Deputy Finance Human Resource Manager/Deputy HR The above executive committee shall be appointed by the Board through vetting of candidates qualifications and work experiences and through written and oral interviews. The official’s contract term of an executive committee shall be an initial two years with extension subject to performance and availability of funds.

Director / Deputy director

The Director Head of the Organization and chairs all meetings including executive committee, general and annual general meetings (AGM).
  • Make follow-up in the implementation of resolution of meetings.
  • A respondent on behalf of the organization.
  • The Deputy Director will assist the Director in representing the organization when and where necessary.
  • He/She is the custodian to organization’s by-laws.

Finance Manager/ Deputy Finance

Shall implement and execute all financial matters bestowed on him/her, in consultation with the Director/Deputy Director

HR Manager/Deputy HR

Shall be in charge of all the human resource activities of the organization.
